Great place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a beautiful spa. The staff even guided me to order delicious food during my first visit. I highly recommend a relaxing massage here. I'm coming back for a weekend!

We truly enjoyed the hotel, perfect and enjoyable breakfast.
The room was en suite, and airy, with a well stocked mini bar, a dressing room, and a storage space. This was a great and fab location just off the cocktail bar as more choice and better atmopshere, the traffic / roadworks and shopping centre, restaurants and bars. The staff were all consistently courteous and absolutely kind, flawless service.

I've had a pleasant stay for the last three nights. I enjoyed staying in this 5 star hotel. I had deluxe room for an extra £50. The location was stunning, not too far from Co-op Food. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were flexible. The restaurant was superb, I tried delicious dishes.

Truly enjoyed enjoyable breakfast, exceptionally clean room.
This hotel is quiet, has accommodating employees in this manner. The location was marvellous as a castle and a palace were walking distance to the property. The hotel was walking distance to brasseries and pubs...

My partner and I spent 3 wonderful nights here for his birthday celebrations. The room was large and luxurious, beautifully maintained with fine views of the castle. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dining options were excellent, especially the good afternoon tea!
Nothing negative to mention!

The Spa is excellant
The Hotel is tired and badly in need of redecoration, the bathrooms especially are old fashioned, with broken tiles and shower curtains. The service in the restaurants is slow and erratic and the menu choice was poor. Breakfast was not great either and very expensive for what you get. The Hotel falls very short of being a five star venue yet the prices definately are. All in all a very disappointing visit and we won't go back again.

Beautiful rooms and brilliant location, right in the city centre.
We ordered breakfast in the room but although the service was great (nicely set up table with white cloth and silverware), the selection of food was not impressive at all. We ordered baguette, but it only came with 3 small pots of jam, no butter even, no cheese, nothing else. Quite poor. Next time, we'll definitely try and go to the breakfast buffet in the restaurant.

Perfect setting for anniversary, thoughtful plate of chocolates etc with happy anniversary written in chocolate. Quiet room with beautiful view. Simple and elegant. Gorgeous bathroom with relaxing large bath and ceiling shower. Upgrade to king size bed.

The staff were very accommodating and v. helpful. The room was wonderfully appointed, however for a longer stay a few more drawers would have been useful.
The price for breakfast was not flexible. To just have a bowl of porridge and a cup of tea was 16 Pounds. There should have been more items a la carte. I therefore did not have breakfast at the hotel

The staff at the door and in the reception are lovely. Very warm and welcoming, and very attentive. We really did feel like VIPs.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was not included. £5.00 charge for room service. Some staff in the tea rooms where not very nice.

Location.
Room was mediocre overlooking an alley. I've stayed in this hotel before and the room was over the top. This room was a dump. For the value I got totally screwed!

The Hotel is ideally located in the best part of the City. The staff is efficient, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast is great value. The bar and the restaurant ( a michelin star) is world class!
